Dear members of 'The QUROPE mailing list',

A new Centre for Doctoral Training in Delivering Quantum Technologies is starting up at UCL (University College London) in Central London. It will provide a fully-funded 4-year training programme in quantum technologies for up to 12 students per year, leading to the award of a PhD degree. A limited number of places will be available for EU nationals who are not UK residents, and for non-EU international students. A broadly-based initial training year, covering experiment and theory and including disciplines from Physics to Engineering, Materials and Computer Science, will be followed by three years of research in one of the Centre's research groups. Collaborators include leading commercial and government laboratories with interests in quantum technologies, and a network of leading international partner centres. See
