Dear all
The NCCR QSIT organizes periodically a 'Special Lecture for master and PhD Students in Physics'. This semester the lecture will be given by
Prof. Mildred Dresselhaus MIT, Cambridge, USA
For more than 50 years she has studied the properties of carbon in its different appearances, like graphite, fullerenes, or carbon nanotubes. Several physical theories are named after Dresselhaus and she was recently awarded the 2012 Kavli Prize in Nanoscience.
Date: Tuesday October 23, 2012 Place: ETH Science City, HPH G3 Time: 10:45 - 11:30 Host: Klaus Ensslin
You are cordially invited to attend this lecture.
