------------------------------------------------------------------------ MySQL vs. NFS http://nic.phys.ethz.ch/news/1109237588 After the [1]upgrade of [2]Spamassassin on our [3]three spamfilters from 2.6 to 3.0, we had a massive [4]performance problem on our fileserver [5]sardona. The new [6]bayesian filter makes many more database requests and the default [7]BerkeleyDB over NFS performed poorly. During the last week end, we switched over to [8]MySQL and are observing an impressive performance.
