Dear all users and developers, I was building and installing ALPS in my loptop. I have done each process step by step. mps_optim for inhomogeneous Bose-Hubbard

Dear all, I try to use mps_optim for the 1D Bose-Hubbard model in the presence of a trapping potential. I use the latest SVN version (from last week), the latticel model "inhomogeneous chain lattice" and a homemade model "harm boson Hubbard" with the site term: -mu#*n(i)+U#*n(i)*(n(i)-1)/2+K#*n(i)*(x-0.5*(L-1))^2 which differs simply from the usual Bose-Hubbard model by the addition of the last term K#*n(i)*(x-0.5*(L-1))^2. Dear all, As another example of using dwa-algorithm I tried to run 3D case in trap. Dear All, I use worm with a harmonic trap defined in a standard version as in ALPS2.0 paper with the following addition in <SITETERM> (for 2D vesion) K#*n(i)*((x-(L-1)/2)^2+(y-(L-1)/2)^2) works perfectly. Error when using 'singlesite' optimization and 'storagedir' together for MPS based DMRG

I occured an error "Intel MKL ERROR: Parameter 10 was incorrect on entry to DGEMM " when using 'singlesite' optimization and 'storagedir' together. I'm not sure if this is an error of MKL or one of the MPS code in ALPS However it runs ok if i turn off the "storagedir" option or use the "twosite" optimization schedule. Dear all, I am trying to use mps_optim and have serious problems. I try to run Example 1 (itinerant fermions in the Hubbard ladder) presented in M. Dolfi et al, CPC 185, 3430 (2014). I downloaded the mmcs1.zip file which should contain all scripts and results. 1D-Spin 1/2 -Chain with 3-site terms

Hi, I am trying to simulate a 1D-chain Spin 1/2 chain with a Hamiltonian containing 3-site terms, e.g. of the type S(i) S(i+1) S(i+2). From my understanding the only way to implement this currently is to extend the basis per site to consist of 2 spins, spin1 and spin2, which allows me to write the 3-site term as a usual bond term.
