Dear ALPS users,

The ALPS binary installers currently do not work on MacOS X Lion since Apple no longer includes the MPI libraries with MacOS X. You need to build ALPS from source on MacOS X Lion. We hope to release ALPS 2.0.2 soon, which will include support for Lion.
