I am using alps version 2 and I have been trying to compare some simulations to experimental data but I can't find out what the units on the parameters are. Is this written somewhere? For instance, is Temperature in kelvin and is the exchange strength J in units of energy or kelvins?

You decide the units - K, eV, meV or whatever. As long as you use the same units for temperature and the coupling constants everything will be consistent
