Unfortunately there are no tool for creating images of lattice structure at this moment.

Hi Muhammad, As an alternative, you could try using the 'printgraph' program to output an XML file of your graph, then write a script (say in perl or python) that parses this and turns it into Mathematica code. Mathematica has some very nice and simple routines for making 3D drawings.
