Dear all,
I define a lattice with harmonic trap. In the lattice one cell has two subsite A and B. When I use the mps_optim to calculate a lattice. There exist error "Segmentation fault (core dumped)".
I want to know how to solve the problem. All files are attached.
Thanks! Best, Xiaofan

If this is still relevant, I think you might be missing a parameter in the latticegraph definition (look at similar lattices in the lattices.xml). <INHOMOGENEOUS><VERTEX/></INHOMOGENEOUS> If this doesn’t help, I would try to generate the graph manually listing all sites with different site types and then manually input the local potential for every site in the parameters.

Dear Michele,
Thank you very much! I missed the "<INHOMOGENEOUS><VERTEX/></INHOMOGENEOUS>". It's working after adding this parameter.
