I managed to get the iteration measurements with your script. I only had to change: pyalps.loadEigenstateMeasurements —> pyalps.loadIterationMeasurements
I believe that the problem is that you are using an old ALPS version. As I was writing, some of the features in the paper got finalized after the latest beta release. You should use the code we attach to the paper, or, even better, grab the latest trunk version: svn co https://alps.comp-phys.org/svn/alps1/trunk/alps
At the moment there are no binary releases including all MPS features, so you have to compile ALPS from sources. I guess you are not totally unfamiliar with it, since you have an installation on the cluster.

Which version of ALPS are you using? The lastest binary release on the website was released before we finalized the MPS code interface, and some tutorials actually fail.
