Hi Zhao Wei,
the static magnetization is just (n_up - n_down), and both densities are measured. Be careful: you will need to set the antiferromagnetic self consistency cycle (check the tutorials on how to do that).
Regarding susceptibility: The current ALPS code does not allow you to measure dynamic susceptibilities (they require more general operators that are expensive to measure). You can however specify a parameter "H" for a staggered field, and you can compute the susceptibility by evaluating dM/dH. Please contact me off the list and I'll send you more detailed instructions if you're interested in trying this.
