I did it by accounting the coefficients A and B. t*(S_{i+}S_{j-}+S_{i-}S_{j+})+t_{1}*(S_{i+}T_{j-}+S_{i-}T_{j+}) + t_{2}*(T_{i+}T_{j-}+T_{i-}T_{j+}) = (A_{ij}S_{i+}S_{j-}+B_{ij}S_{i-}S_{j+}) , where A_{ij}=(t+t_{1}*(2S_{jz}+1)+t_{2}*(2S_{iz}-1)(2S_{jz}+1)) B_{ij}=(t+t_{1}*(2S_{jz}-1)+t_{2}*(2S_{iz}+1)(2S_{jz}-1)).
