Hi all, In the interest of getting external contributions to Chapter 5, and to avoid causing issues on other chapters, I thought it was be worthwhile to create a new Overleaf for just Chapter 5. https://www.overleaf.com/6434294453mttmxjgmqqdn#495217 Please use this for writing anything in Chapter 5, as otherwise I will have to merge things intermittently. Hi all, As discussed with many of you at various occasions, I would like to conduct a quick, mini-banding sprint with the team in the coming days.
