It would be very simplified if you install it from the pip repo. <br>

or use this:<br>
<br>
python3 -m pip install --user "PATH TO Z2pack"<br>
<br>
It kind of works for me, I hope same for you.<br>

I thought it is due to python version but I have python 3.5 as
