Problem with tbmodel on python3.6.3

Hi,

I’m trying to install the tbmodel code with python3.6.3 and I have been getting this problem:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc2 in position 49: ordinal not in range(128)


Any help would be appreciated.
