calculation for the mirror chern number

Dear developers,
Hello. I'm studying for a topological crystalline insulating system.So, I want to calculate the mirror chern number or a Berry phase spectrum (such as PRB 93, 205104 (2016)).But I am not sure that how can I get the values.Can you give some comment?
