If this is still relevant, I think you might be missing a parameter in the latticegraph definition (look at similar lattices in the lattices.xml).
<INHOMOGENEOUS><VERTEX/></INHOMOGENEOUS>
If this doesn’t help, I would try to generate the graph manually listing all sites with different site types and then manually input the local potential for every site in the parameters.
