Title: Conformal Fractal Geometry and Quantum Gravity
Abstract:
One considers random conformally invariant scaling curves in the complex plane, as generated at critical points of statistical models. That encompasses Brownian and self-avoiding walks, percolation, Ising and Potts clusters, or the SLE (stochastic Loewner evolution). The multifractal distribution of potential, and the random geometry of potential lines near those fractal curves are described. Use is made of an equivalent representation in a planar fluctuating metric, i.e., in 2D quantum gravity, which allows a direct access to multifractal distributions.
