In the interest of getting external contributions to Chapter 5, and to avoid causing issues on other chapters, I thought it was be worthwhile to create a new Overleaf for just Chapter 5.

Please use this for writing anything in Chapter 5, as otherwise I will have to merge things intermittently. The same rules as the main Overleaf apply. I will then merge everything once a first draft is written.
