As discussed with many of you at various occasions, I would like to conduct a quick, mini-banding sprint with the team in the coming days.

We will diverge a bit form the rules in there by conducting parts of it asynchronously.  
I'll briefly explain in the meeting today (if we have time), then collect and present the results in one of the next meetings/Thursdays.
