Hi all,
Just a quick reminder for those who haven't sent me their slides yet.
Merci and have a nice weekend, Daniel

Hi all,
thanks to those who've already sent their slides to me.
After a bit of feedback from the various echelons of our group here a few clarifications:
-WHEN: this should not be on the top of your to do list, but something you maybe look at once you are stuck in your chapter and/or need to zoom out to the bigger questions, and/or in these idle moments that seem to keep occurring in our various LIFE dedicated (co-)working slots for instance when teams are not complete. Would be nice though to get this back from you by mid-Nov.
-WHO: please fill this out from your very own perspective, part of idea is that you do this without being biased by answers of the rest/lead
-WHY: the purpose here is twofold. 1)usually branding is one of the first exercises if you (re)-define your "product" or try to unlock new "customers". Eventually a professional will develop a full brand for us. The data collected here will represent input from our whole group of experts in various domains, will give that future exercise a running start and might even safe some money (at least I would usually charge a few kCHF for this exercise alone if it wasn't in my role at LIFE ;-) ). 2)Some chapters are consistently challenged by the fact that the _'unique value proposition'_ of LIFE is not clearly communicated yet and the actual competition rather unclear (e.g., when deriving science cases that should distinguish LIFE from other platforms or when summarizing reasons why investors should consider LIFE over other so-far-not-defined competitors). Working with the results of this "quick'n'dirty" version will help to continue working on these cases even before the full new brand is developed.
Best, Daniel

Hi all,
As discussed with many of you at various occasions, I would like to conduct a quick, mini-banding sprint with the team in the coming days.
TL;DR: _please fill out the template file linked below and send it back to me. Should take no more than ~30 mins._
Here is the link to the template:
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1jIPgU6XxC5-KCoHoSJfiSBLs8AfPPx4nX0p5...
We will diverge a bit form the rules in there by conducting parts of it asynchronously. I'll briefly explain in the meeting today (if we have time), then collect and present the results in one of the next meetings/Thursdays.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Have a great week, Daniel
