Quantum walks and quantum correlations in photonic lattices

Quantum walks describe the random
walk behavior of a quantum particle. I will describe the implementation of a
quantum walk for photons in waveguide lattices. I will then describe a study of
Hanbury-Brown Twiss type correlations between two quantum
walkers (photon pairs) in periodic lattices, in disordered lattices exhibiting
Anderson localization, and in tilted lattices exhibiting Bloch Oscillations.
