Did you install the ALPS applications?

After I installed a new linux system(RedHat_Enterprise_Linux_AS3 ), I have gcc 3.2.3 and libxslt 1.0.33. If you install the ALPS applications correctly, they should be located
in $HOME/ALPS/bin.  Please try, e.g.,
  $HOME/ALPS/bin/spinmc job.in.xml
