It seems like the configuration of alps-apps are working now (see the summary below)
The problem was as far as i understood that even though I explicitly indicated the aps-libs installation directory, the installation was done to another (probably the default) folder.

One interesting point is that I realized now that there is a folder names "ALPS" (in uppercase) in my home folder.
I noticed that this folder contains a folder called "include".
In case it might be the lib installation folder that you were asking, I am providing the output of the "ls /home/bulut/ALPS/include/alps/" in the attachment.

That's the problem then. You did not fully install ALPS
