I write some files to calculate 1D Kitaev chain. However, it dose not work. All files are attached.

The HAMILTONIAN contain the code: -t#*(cdag(i)*c(j)+cdag(j)*c(i)-c(i)*c(j)-cdag(j)*cdag(i)) .
