I would like to ask about the definition of the honeycomb lattice in the lib. 

Firstly, the honeycomb unitcell has 2 sites at positions (0,0) and (-0.28866...,0.57734...). I do not understand the second coordinate.

Secondly, is it necessary to have different edge types although they represent the same bond connecting nearest neighbour?
