Important year end deadlines and holidays

Dear all The end of the year is approaching and I would like to make you aware of some deadlines: _Finance_ *Thursday, 12.12.2024: *send me your *supplier invoices *by this date at the latest to be processed this year. *Thursday, 12.12.2024: *latest date to submit *procurement requests* (Beschaffungsanträge), requests made after this date will not be processed until 6 January. _Vacation days_ *Before 24.12.2024*: *Please record all your absences for year 2024 correctly in ETHIS (including the time between Christmas and New Year). * After recording all your vacations/absences in ETHIS you must *close the month of December* so that the data can be transferred to 2024. If you close the month of December 2024, all other months will be automatically closed as well. By doing this, you confirm your vacation entries to be correct. Thereafter, it will no longer be possible to make any changes for the current year. Your 2025 starting values are based on your year-end balances from 2024 and the entitlements for 2025. Also, I would like to take the opportunity to remind you of your remaining holiday balance. As you may know,*a maximum of 82 hours or 10 days can be carried over *to the following year. The remaining balance from 2024 should then be taken by 31 March 2025 at the latest. If you need any support, I am happy to help you.
